PURPOSE: A cutting chip conveying apparatus using spiral conveyors connected in series is provided to smoothly carry a large amount of cutting chip, preventing the cutting chip from being trapped, wound, or overloaded in the trays and conveyors. CONSTITUTION: A cutting chip conveying apparatus comprises spiral conveyors(3a,3b) which have square cross section and are connected in series in an open-type conveying tank(1). A junction part(11) is formed as the end part of one of the spiral conveyors and the end part of the other are overlapped. The junction part is fastened by screws or pins.
