PURPOSE: A bamboo roasting plate is provided, which can be used as one-time-use and can enhance the taste of food. CONSTITUTION: A bamboo roasting plate comprises a hot plate(11) and a strip(21). The hot plat is comprised of a plurality of bamboo pieces with constant width and length and heat the food. The strip is traversely arranged in the longitudinal direction of the pieces of bamboo and is comprised of the bamboo interconnecting a plurality of pieces of bamboos. A plurality of pieces of bamboos are arranged side by side at the constant interval. A pass hole for ventilating air is formed between a pair of pieces of bamboo. |
