PURPOSE: A hospital wastewater treatment device using an electrocoagulation process is provided to improve the process efficiency of wastewater according to an effluent capacity while drastically reducing the reaction time of the wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A hospital wastewater treatment device using an electrocoagulation process comprises the following: a mixing tank(10) receiving the wastewater; an outlet formed ton the top of the device with an inlet; an electrolysis reaction tank(30) with an insoluble anode plate on which lithium oxide is deposited; an inorganic coagulant feed part(50) supplying inorganic coagulant in the mixing tank; a pump(20) supplying the wastewater into an electrolysis reaction tank; a negative plate of the electrolysis reaction tank; and a power supply part(40) supplying power to the insoluble anode plate.
