PURPOSE: A device for installing an umbrella on a bicycle is provided to easily block rainwater or sunshine without degradation of handle operation property by combining the umbrella on a seat post of the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A device for installing an umbrella on a bicycle comprises the following: a post fitting part(10) combined on a seat post(9) of the bicycle; a front protrusion part(20) extended from the post fitting part and combined to the post fitting part; an umbrella fitting part(30) combined on a grip part of the umbrella; a connection part(40) combined on the umbrella fitting part.
