PURPOSE: A portable storage box is provided to ensure light weight and excellent strength by being made of magnesium alloy and to enable easy carriage of tools by including two wheels. CONSTITUTION: A portable storage box(10) is made of magnesium alloy sheets and includes a rotating unit(20) and a handle unit(30). The rotating unit composed of two wheels and an axle(24) is attached to one side of the bottom of the storage box. The handle is attached to the other side of the bottom of the storage box and extended downward corresponding to the lowest side of the wheels. The rotating unit more includes a lock part which selectively locks the rotation of the wheels.
