PURPOSE: Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nanopowder is provided to ensure excellent solubility to various organic solvents and excellent solution stablility and conductivity because the gellation does not quickly generated. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing soluble poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nanopowder comprises the steps of: adding a 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene monomer of chemical formula (I), a dopant of chemical formula (II), and oxidizer to a reactor in which the polymerization solvent is included; and preparing soluble poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nanopowder by performing polymerization.
