PURPOSE: An integrated wall module installed in a facility is provided to easily install additional air-conditioning/heating and ventilation equipment by integrally forming a vent, an air-conditioning/heating line, and a wiring line. CONSTITUTION: An integrated wall module installed in a facility comprises a wall body(1), an air-conditioning/heating line(2), a wiring line(3), and a vent(4). The wall body has an assembly unit(11). The air-conditioning/heating line is horizontally or vertically formed inside the wall body. An air-conditioning/heating pipeline is penetrated through the air-conditioning/heating line. The wiring line is horizontally or vertically formed inside the wall body. An electric communications line is penetrated through the wiring line. A ventilator is installed in the vent, and the vent is formed inside the wall body.
