PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing paprika seasoning powder is provided to improve effectiveness of paprika by increasing shelf life of the paprika and processing the paprika into powder as a basic ingredient in cooking. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing paprika(1) seasoning powder comprises the following steps: drying paprika for 30 hours in 65°C; drying the paprika by sunlight for 3 hours; mixing 90 weight% of the paprika, 6 weight% of roasted bay salt, and 4 weight% of MSG; and making ingredients into powder by a pulverizing machine. The paprika powder has a moisture content of 3 % or less.
