PURPOSE: A transparent conductive thin film and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure low sheet resistance and transparency by spraying a carbon nanotube on a substrate without using chemical means. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent conductive thin film comprises the following steps: forming a bonding layer(20) to attach a carbon nanotube on a release sheet; forming a carbon nano tube layer(30) through a pulverized body coating method on the bonding layer; separating the release sheet attached on the bonding layer and attaching the release sheet to a substrate; and coating a conductive polymer on the carbon nano tube layer.
