PURPOSE: A method of selecting a checking object part of a paste pattern is provided to easily set the checking object part by grasping the coating state of the paste pattern using a monitor displayed with a gap pattern image. CONSTITUTION: A method of selecting a checking object part of a paste pattern comprises the following steps: inputting a base pattern data; storing a gap data obtained by successively measuring a gap between a paste spread substrate surface and a nozzle included in a head unit; forming the paste pattern by discharging the paste while maintaining the constant gap with the substrate surface while moving the nozzle up and down, using the gap data; and displaying a gap pattern image based on the gab data. |
