PURPOSE: An inorganic electroluminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve luminance by using an organic macromolecule with a dielectric constant and an inorganic electroluminescence particle. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(200) is formed on a transparent substrate(100). An inorganic light emitting layer(300) is formed on the electrode. A dielectric layer(400) is formed on the inorganic light emitting layer. A dielectric layer with high a dielectric constant is composed of an organic macromolecule. The dielectric layer includes a nano inorganic dielectric particle. A back plate(500) is formed on the dielectric layer. The back plate is composed of a metal paste, a metal flake, or a macromolecule conductive material.
