Cross-beam is equipped with movable enveloping blocks mounted by means of axes on the beam with possibility of their synchronous being brought to each other or moved apart by means of the drive, and flexible load-carrying elements are wound on movable and enveloping blocks with formation of two tackle blocks. Drive for moving movable blocks can be made in the form of engine and shaft with differently directed screw thread on its ends, which are installed on the beam, shaft is kinematically connected to engine, and on its screw thread there screwed are nuts connected to axes of movable blocks.
