FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of calibration of weighing system of upper bin of blast furnace consists in implementation of at least one linear hydraulic drive containing corrugated compensator axially connected between first and second end plates and limiting chamber of hydraulic pressure and facility for supply of hydraulic fluid into said chamber of hydraulic pressure; further method consists in determining value of force for establishing calibration data for weighing system. Also here is disclosed the method of weighing material in the upper bin of the blast furnace including the calibrating method and using calibrating data for calculation of weight by formula of type W=f (L; P), where W is actual weight of charged material; L is load measured by means of the facility for weight measuring; P is pressure exerted on the bin. ^ EFFECT: improvement of method and facility for calibration of weighing system of upper bin of blast furnace. ^ 17 cl, 6 dwg |
