FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: antenna system with circular or sector scanning includes active radiating element and surrounding passive reflectors with connected loads with complex controlled impedance, arranged in near zone of active radiating element, passive reflectors are located in more than one tier, at that active radiating element is arranged in the form of antenna with the possibility to distribute energy among specified tiers.
