摘要 FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: into stabilised resonant converter, comprising two serially connected recuperating diodes, cathode in one of which is connected to positive terminal of power supply source, and anode of the other one - to its negative terminal, resonant capacitor and throttle, power transformer with two secondary windings, the first secondary winding of which is connected to inlet of the first rectifier, connected by its outlet to load resistor shunted with filter capacitor, the following components are introduced - the second rectifier, two capacitors, two charging and modulating MIS transistors, control circuit that consists of voltage feedback circuit, control transformer, single-cycle, having time setting resistor and capacitor, and two-cycle PWM-controllers, at that the first output of resonant throttle is connected to the first output of the primary winding in power transformer, the first and second serially connected charging MIS transistors are connected so that drain of the first one is connected to positive terminal of power supply source, and source of the second one - to its negative terminal, point of connection of both charging MIS transistors is connected to point of connection of recuperating diodes and to the first output of resonant capacitor, the second output of which is connected to the second output of resonant throttle. Two serially connected capacitors are connected parallel to charging MIS transistors, and their common point is connected to the second output of primary winding in power transformer. The second secondary winding of power transformer is connected to input of the second rectifier, connected by its output to drain-source of modulating MIS transistor, source of which is connected to source of the second charging MIS transistor, and gate - to output "A" of single-cycle PWM controller. The second outputs of time setting resistor and capacitor are connected to source of modulating MIS transistor, the first ones - to outputs "R" and "C" of single-cycle PWM controller, output "IN" of which via voltage feedback circuit is connected to filter capacitor. Output "SYN" of single-cycle PWM controller is connected to output "SYN" two-cycle PWM controller, output "A" of the latter via control transformer is connected to gate of the first charging MIS transistor, and output "B" is connected to gate of the second charging MIS transistor. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency ratio and reliability of resonant converter, reduced weight and dimensions. ^ 1 dwg
