PURPOSE: An automatic recovery device of an earth leakage breaker is provided to simplify a structure by rotating a rotating arm at the angle of 360° by a motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotating arm is formed with the rotary shaft of a motor in a body. The rotating arm pressurizes the front or rear side of the lever of the earth leakage breaker. A voltage detecting part(123) detects the output of the load side voltage of the earth leakage breaker. The overload detection part(126) detects the load side excess current of the earth leakage breaker. A controller outputs a control signal for cutting-off or recovering the earth leakage breaker. A motor driver(127) rotates a motor according to the control signal of the controller. A power supply unit(120) supplies the drive power of the controller.
