摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing well-being garlic pickle using persimmon vinegar is provided to improve different kinds of beneficial effects, flavors, and tastes while removing unique flavor and tastes of garlic with Hydrangea macrophylla leaves, Phellinus linteus and aloe etc. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing well-being garlic pickle using persimmon vinegar includes the following steps: manufacturing mixed extract by mixing and aging the persimmon vinegar, pear, and aloe; aging the mixed extract, garlic, and cayenne pepper; boiling the mixed extract; cooling the mixed extract; and aging the mixed extract aging; boiling and cooling the mixed extract; and aging the mixed extract. An aging process is performed for 3 ~ 6 months at a temperature of 18~25°C.
