A mask comprising a covering sheet portion for covering a mouth and a nose of a face and retaining sheet portions extending rearwardly from right and left sides, respectively, of the covering sheet portion, each retaining sheet portion having an opening for hanging on an ear, the covering sheet portion is air-permeable and capable of being deformed into a forwardly projecting three-dimensional shape as applied to the face, while the retaining sheet portion is stretchable, wherein the covering sheet portion and the individual retaining sheet portions are integrally made of a stretchable nonwoven fabric and a non-stretchable nonwoven fabric is laid on and bonded to an inner side of the covering sheet portion.
