PURPOSE: An offset compensation method of a longitudinal acceleration sensor of a vehicle is provided to detect an offset of the longitudinal acceleration sensor without a separate hardware and software. CONSTITUTION: An offset compensation method of a longitudinal acceleration sensor of a vehicle comprises the following steps: moving the vehicle to a level ground with a horizontal and even properties among a production line of the vehicle(202); measuring the plural offsets of the longitudinal acceleration sensor when the vehicle locates on the level ground(204); calculating the average of the offsets(206); and performing the offset compensation when the average offset is in the standard range(208). |
