PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide nano tube is provided to prevent the generation of titanium dioxide other than the nanotube type, and to control the depth and the diameter of pores of the titanium dioxide nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide nano tube comprises the following steps: pre-processing a Ti thin film; oxidizing the Ti thin film using an anode oxidizing method; firstly washing the Ti thin film to remove electrolyte on titanium dioxide with distilled water before washing the Ti thin film again with ethanol, and drying the Ti thin film while storing into a desiccator to remove remained moisture; and growing the dried Ti thin film into a nano tube by heat-treating the Ti thin film using carbo light, and maintaining the state for 2 hours.
