The sleeve (1) has walls covered by a tensile metal layer i.e. tin layer, and two different tubular pieces (13, 17) separated from each other in a sealed manner. The pieces respectively receive conductive end parts of two electric cables. One of the pieces includes an opening (16) permitting communication between the corresponding end part and a surrounding environment. The other piece has sealed insulation units with a heat-shrinkable plastic sheath. A metallic tube has an intermediate portion crushes to form an intermediate sealing portion (12) separating the pieces in a sealed manner.
