PURPOSE: An electronic and manual door lock and an apparatus for controlling the door lock including the same are provided to improve opening/closing efficiency by selectively opening/closing all or a part of a plurality of doors. CONSTITUTION: A key-lock insert hole is formed in the lateral side of a case. A dead bolt(120) including a groove is located in the lateral side of the case. The dead bolt is inserted into the locking hole of a door striker for setting the opening/closing state of a door. A control unit(130) is installed in the case. The control unit generates driving signal to a driving unit(140). The driving unit unlocks the dead bolt by transferring back and forth. A manual controller(150) is inserted into the key-lock insert hole and unlocks the dead bolt by transferring back and forth.
