PURPOSE: A showcase for hot food is provided to cook various foods at optimal temperature using indirect heat of water by receiving a cooking temperature form a temperature controller and to remarkably improve productivity by screwing a heater in the lower part of a base container. CONSTITUTION: A showcase for hot food comprises: a base(10) partitioning square space; a base container(13) which is fixed to the square space and stores the water; a temperature sensor(14) which is drawn into the base container; a heater(20) installed on the lower part of the base container; a food cask(30) which is placed inside the base container and accepts the foods; a main controller(41) which supplies power and secluded the power; and a temperature controller(42) controlling the temperature of heater utilizing the sensed temperature of the temperature sensor.
