Pattern-cutting device with integral base and shaped blade, manufacture method and mould thereof

A manufacture method for manufacturing a pattern cutting device having a base and a blade, the blade located on the base and shaped into a pattern to be cut with the blade, comprising forming the base and blade as an integral structure at one time through a die cast process which includes the steps of placing a die cast mould on a die cast machine and using the die cast machine to inject a molten alloy fluid into a mould cavity of the die cast mould at a pressure of about 25 to 40 MPa, removing a die cast part from the die cast mould after cooling and shaping, and plating the die cast part to harden the surface of the blade of the die cast part.
