PURPOSE: A kite assembly is provided to operate LED without a battery, to maintain beauty of the kite while flying the kite, and to change a shape of the kite according to amount of power generated from a wind generator. CONSTITUTION: A kite assembly comprises: a body portion(10) forming the body of the kite; a lighting-emitting part(20) which is attached to the body portion and generates the light; an electricity generating unit which creates the electricity for the lighting-emitting part; a charge unit(40) charging the electricity generated from the electricity generating unit; and a controller(50) controlling the electricity generating unit, the lighting-emitting part, and charge unit. The electricity generating unit includes a wind power generation part or a solar power generation part.
