Weatherboards are installed on site from aluminium composite material sheet that has been cut from a flat or curved sheet and grooved in accordance with a predetermined folding line pattern, then folded into the final profile by hand along the grooved folding lines as it is installed on the building. Folding during installation permits the hiding of the fasteners beneath the profile facing.
