PURPOSE: A slide switchgear and a cellular phone of a slide type with the same are provided to connect respective ends of a fixing member and a moving member with a hinge, thereby stabilizing sliding movement. CONSTITUTION: One end of a rotating member(11) is included in a guide rail member by a rotating pin to be rotated. One end of a moving member(13) is connected with other end of the rotating member by a rotating connection pin(17) to be moved. Other end of the moving member is connected with a slide member by a hinge pin to be rotated. Both ends of an elastic member(15) are respectively connected with the rotating member and the moving member to provide elastic force due to the vertical sliding of the slide member.
