<p>PURPOSE: Nonwoven fabric for automotive interior materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer good moldability and sound absorption property to the fabric, and to improve abrasion resistance and an outer look of the fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nonwoven fabric for automotive interior materials includes a step for processing the surface or rear surface of non-woven fabric; etching the surface of the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric includes two or more fiber layers. A coating process is formed with a binder including one or more selected among acryl, styrene, polyvinylchloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyester, ethylene-vinyl chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate and polyurethanes.</p> |
