PURPOSE: A gasket and a display device using the gasket are provided to obtain the gasket having cushion property and tack property by forming a blocking pad layer using urethane acrylate oligomer and polyacrylo-nitrile resin composition including a first and a second acrylate-based monomer. CONSTITUTION: A gasket and a display device using the gasket include a support layer(2), a blocking pad layer(1), and an adhesion layer(3). The support layer is a film of polyethylene terephthalate and is capable of supporting a final gasket(10). The blocking pad layer is made of the polyacrylo-nitrile resin composition and is attached to one side of the support layer. The adhesion layer is made of an adhesive macromolecule resin and is attached to the other side of the support layer.
