PURPOSE: A search advertisement charging method, a system thereof, and a computer readable recording medium thereof are provided to decide advertisement costs according to the publishing ratio of a search advertisement when the search advertisement is differently published depending on the location of users. CONSTITUTION: A search advertisement charging method comprises the following steps: calculating the publishing ratio of search advertisements; calculating the charging amount of search advertisements published to users considered to be in a first location and the charging amount of search advertisements published to users considered to be in a second location; calculating a final charging amount based on the publishing ratio and the calculated charging amounts; and performing billing to an advertiser of the search advertisements with the final charging amount.
