PURPOSE: A steering column having a pulse tilt and telescopic function is provided to increase the energy efficiency of a vehicle using an air compressor. CONSTITUTION: A steering column having a pulse tilt and telescopic function comprises a housing, a tube, a telescopic motor(30), a telescopic screw, a tilt-bracket, a tilt motor(60), and a pulse tilt screw. The housing has one or more brackets fixed to the car body of the vehicles. The tube is installed in the housing to move in the longitudinal direction. The telescopic motor is mounted inside the tube and has a worm gear. One side of the tilt screw is connected to the tilt bracket and the other side if connected to a worm wheel.
