PURPOSE: A reducer of a secondary electric-powered power steering system is provided to secondary support steering wheel operation power of an operator by minimizing the change of fluid according to the change of the swing torque. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of a secondary electric-powered power steering system comprises a worm axis bearing(257), elastic supporters(310,320), and a bearing holder(330). The worm axis bearing supports the motor shaft combining portion opposite side end of the worm axis. The elastic supporter supports the outside of the worm axis bearing. The bearing holder is mounted inside the elastic supporter and surrounds the outer circumference of the worm axis bearing.
