PURPOSE: An apparatus for depositing and withdrawing paper money is provided to simplify a structure by stacking and separating the paper money through one roller. CONSTITUTION: A deposit and withdrawal unit(20) enables a customer to deposit and withdraw paper money. A carriage path(40) transfers the paper money which is deposited and withdrawn. A determining unit(50) determines the abnormality of paper money. A controller(90) controls the deposit and withdrawal processes of the paper money.
