METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING BROADCAST CONTENTS TO USER'S TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for providing broadcast contents to a user terminal and a system thereof are provided to replace contents which is requested from a user terminal but whose broadcast is not permitted into similar broadcast contents, thereby offering the similar broadcast contents to the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast permission checker(130) checks a broadcast permission of broadcast contents. A similar broadcast contents list generator(140) generates a broadcast contents list similar to the broadcast contents using contents information about the broadcast contents. If a request about the broadcast contents is received from a user terminal, a controller checks a broadcast permission about the broadcast contents through the broadcast permission checker. If there is not the broadcast permission, the controller transmits the similar broadcast contents list to the user terminal.
