The pallet has a rectangular goods support panel (1), and two pallet stiffening beams (4, 5) extended below the support panel. The beams are integrated to the support panel. Each beam has a hollow profile defining a longitudinal cavity (11). An additional stiffening element i.e. stiffening block (15), is partially housed in the internal cavity of the beam. The stiffening element assures additional stiffening of a pallet assembly. The beams and the panel are made of same cardboard matrix.
