PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful troubleshooting process.

SOLUTION: A support device which includes a configuration information storing unit storing dependency relation among devices in association with a device list. When the support device receives information on failed device, the support device acquires a dependency relation including the failed device from the configuration information storing unit, and generates learning data associating the dependency relation with the cause location of failure based on the acquired dependency relation of devices including the failed device and failed device information. Then the support device generates a troubleshooting process for locating the cause location of failure using an algorithm ID3 and so on, based on the generated learning data.
