PURPOSE: A coding method and an apparatus for a B-transform and a coded data thereof are provided to reduce bit numbers by efficiently encoding uniform distribution data. CONSTITUTION: A B-transform unit generates a binary expression by a B-transform of input data. An encoder removes at least one binary symbol among the binary expression. The encoder generates a bit string by scanning a binary expression. The encoder eliminates the binary symbol by analyzing correlation between the binary symbols of the binary expression. At least one binary symbol is from a final binary symbol generated by operating an i-th B-transform of the symbol sequence of the input data to a binary symbol located in the i-th binary symbol.
