PURPOSE: A white board including a paper notice function is provided to prevent a frame from exposing to the outside, and to easily assemble and disassemble the frame. CONSTITUTION: A white board including a paper notice function comprises the following: four frames(2) connected to a corner linking hole; a board(3) combined with the inside of the frame; an inward folding plate(4) including a slide space in the inside while symmetrically matching the frame; a combining protrusion combined to the folding plate; and a paper clip(7) installed on a front surface and a rear surface combined with the front and back of the frame, and the position where the front surface is contacting a pressing panel.
