BACK LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY HAVING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A back light assembly and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to more easily design an optical member offering the light with uniform luminance through whole display space of an LCD panel to the uniform luminance. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly and a liquid crystal display having the same include a lamp, an optical member(250), a first diffusing element(210), and a second diffusing member(240). The lamp generates the light and is separated each other. The optical member receives the light from the lamps and diffuses the light. The first diffusing element diffuses the light. The second diffusing member has the light transmittance bigger than the first diffusing member.
