<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unequal setting control structure of a structure capable of eliminating the need of supplying and discharging water between itself and the outside and capable of suppressing the occurrence of unequal setting by quickly controlling a ground-contact pressure distribution on the bottom surface of a foundation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Bags 19 filled with gas are arranged in a plurality of pits 18 disposed in an underground skeleton at positions equal to or deeper than an underground water level L. The insides of the bags 19 communicate with each other through communication pipes 20. A flat plate member 21 is liftably attached to the lower surface of each of the bags 19. The inner and outer parts of the pits 18 communicate directly with the foundation 12, a water through hole 23 for introducing underground water W therein is formed in the lower part of each of the flat plate member 21, and an extension means 22 for the bag 19 is interposed between each of the flat plate member 21 and a slab 16. A control means is provided to adjust the ground-contact pressure on the lower surface of a bottom plate 13 by extending and retracting each extension means 22 to change the magnitude of a buoyancy acting on each bag 19.
