<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain the movement of a working liquid in tilting, in a technological field of a reservoir tank for storing the working liquid and a brake device using the same, used for a hydraulic brake device and a hydraulic clutch device using hydraulic pressure such as oil pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reservoir tank body 8 has a working liquid passage 13 arranged between a working liquid supply part 11 for supplying the working liquid from a working liquid injection port and a working liquid storage chamber 12 for storing the working liquid. The working liquid passage 13 is formed in a meandering shape, and a height difference is set between a starting end position 13a and a tail end position 13b so that a bottom height in the starting end position 13a of the working liquid passage 13 connected to the working liquid supply part 11, becomes higher than a bottom height in the tail end position 13b of the working liquid passage 13 connected to the working liquid storage chamber 12, in a vehicle-mounted state.
