PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in the quality of an image obtained when a cell and a molecule such as a protein are measured. SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus includes a partition wall formed from an amorphous fluorine resin, and partitioning an object to be observed, a structure for injecting a solution into a region surrounded by the partition wall, a light source for irradiating the structure with light totally reflected by an interface between the structure and the solution, an optical system for collecting light from the object to be observed irradiated with an evanescent light generated when the light from the light source is totally reflected or a material within the solution; and an imaging apparatus for forming an imaging view field including the optical system and the partition wall, and obtaining an image of the object to be observed existing in the region surrounded by the partition wall or the material within the solution.
