PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely operate a control device, for control connected to the one and the same network, to be controlled with comfortable operability. SOLUTION: A receiving part 30 receives from the control device 200 via the network 300 a first control signal generated, when the user executes either one of two operations having a semantic pair. A converting part 40 converts the first control signal received by the receiving part 30 into a second control signal for executing processing different from processing that has originally been made to be executed by the control signal.
