PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating activated concrete which can remove critical nuclides without comminuting a coarse aggregate by devising a method for pulverizing it. SOLUTION: The method for treating the activated concrete 1 by removing the critical nuclides from it includes a heating treatment process 2 for giving heating treatment to the activated concrete 1, a coarse aggregate manufacturing process 3 for fractionating coarse aggregate S1 of the activated concrete 1 to which the heating treatment is given, a pulverization process 4 for pulverizing the coarse aggregate S1 manufactured in the coarse aggregate fractionation process 3 into flakes by a pulverizer and a cleaning process 5 for removing the critical nuclides from the flaked coarse aggregate (the pulverized products S1' of the coarse aggregate S1) pulverized in the pulverization process 4.
