PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a vehicle duct, capable of facilitating assembly of a duct on a body with a simple structure for high assemblability and cost reduction. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure 1 of the vehicle duct, a rear end 42 of the duct (downward duct) 4 having a rear end 42 provided with a blowing-off portion 43 molded by blow molding and blowing off air to an occupant on a rear seat on the rear end side is fixed on a vehicle body 20. On the rear end 42 of the lower duct 4, a hollow protrusion portion 44 protruding toward the body 20 side is integrally formed. The hollow protrusion portion 44 is formed with an engagement claw portion 45 engaging with an engagement hole 23 formed at the body 20. A part of the hollow protrusion portion 44 including the engagement claw portion 45 is inserted into the engagement hole 23 while the engagement claw portion 45 is being elastically deformed toward the inside of the hollow protrusion portion 44, and the engagement claw portion 45 is engaged with the engagement hole 23, thereby fixing the rear end 42 of the downward duct 4 onto the body 20.
