<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket hood-cum-neck warmer so as to use a hood conventionally attached to a jacket for being put on the head as a cold-weather protection gear for the neck without the need to carry another cold-weather protection gear around the neck. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The intrinsic usage of the hood conventionally attached to the jacket, for being put on the head wherein the hood from the top of the head to the rear head is opened in a tubular form tapering in a bag-like form with rubber being passed through, serves as a cold-weather protection gear by using the stretching rubber string at the tubular opening from the top of the head to the rear head to pass over the neck.
