PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction of a double floor and a partition wall by dispensing with arrangement of leg struts directly under the partition wall. SOLUTION: A large number of height adjustable leg struts are arranged on a lower floor, and a reinforcing member of elongate plate shape is extended and fixed on the upper faces of two or more leg struts. An upper floor base board is stuck onto the reinforcing member, and the partition wall is erected in an optional position of the upper floor base board.
