<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of drawing and winding a hose from a hose reel to water garden plants and to water a wide range out of the reach of the hose. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hose reel 1 includes a stabilization base 2 mounted on a leg part, and the stabilization base is used as a weight by putting water thereinto, whereby the hose reel is stabilized so as to smooth the drawing and winding of the hose.
