<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an occupant to easily have access to a rear side space by passing through between seats while arranging a console between the seats aligned in a vehicle width direction and ensuring convenience of the occupant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The indoor structure for the vehicle includes: seats 1, 2 arranged so as to be aligned in a vehicle width direction on a cabin floor F of the vehicle; and the console 10 arranged between the seat 1 and the seat 2 and formed with a storage part 11 at the inside. The indoor side structure further includes: an electrical equipment 20 arranged in the console 10; an inclination part 14 formed on an upper surface of the console 10, inclined to a front lower side in a vehicle longitudinal direction, covering the electrical equipment 20 from above in a vertical direction and utilizable as a step base of the occupant; and a landing part F2 formed at a position at a rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the console 10 and adjacent to a vehicle width direction of the seats 1, 2 and at a position lower than an upper surface of the console 10 and on which the leg of the occupant can be landed. The storage part 11 is provided at a position where at least a part thereof is provided at a position where it is overlapped with the electrical equipment 20 in plain view of the vehicle.
