The vehicle (10) has a flap (12) i.e. boot lid, brought from a closed position to an open position against gravity. A motor (14) is coupled with the flap using a toggle lever (16). The toggle lever has a pivot arm (22) i.e. offset lever, movable by the motor, and another pivot arm (26) connected with the former pivot arm. A water drain (28) is provided in a body of the vehicle, and the former pivot arm is curved or angled in direction along its pivot axis. A support device comprising a spring element provides force to open the flap.
